The girl in the orange OSU shirt on the night of October 23, 2021, was fantastic! The service was excellent!

I ordered a beautifully designed cookie online, but when it arrived, it was just a plain cookie with some writing on it. It was nothing like what I had wanted or ordered. I’m really disappointed and embarrassed to have this cookie at the going-away party. What’s the point of ordering online if they don’t deliver what you asked for?

I ordered a cookie cake to be ready around 12:30/1 today, but when I arrived to pick it up, the store was closed. The girl I spoke with on the phone while placing my order didn’t mention that they would be closed on Saturday, and the sign in the window indicates they should be open from 12 PM to 10 PM today. I have since tried calling 16 times to confirm if anyone was there, but to no avail. Now I’m left without a cake for a birthday celebration, and I highly do not recommend the Marble Slab/Great American Cookie location in Stillwater.

The ice cream is absolutely delicious! Freya was incredibly friendly and helpful!

I ordered a mango scoop and a chocolate scoop in a regular cup, along with a sundae topped with brownies. The service was quick, and I appreciated how the menu and featured items were clearly displayed for easy viewing. I really hope they consider adding more frozen yogurt options in the future. I highly recommend paying them a visit; they offer some of the best-tasting ice cream around!
