I order 2 foot long subs using the subway app... I order black forest ham sub and a steak and cheese.... I didnt pay attention to the fact that it has a default of what comes on it... all I wanted wanted was lettuce, onion and cheese and vinegar and oil they put all the default stuff and added what I wanted plus they put mayo on it too....the only thing that was right was the bread...my steak and cheese wasn't made with the bread I ask for... I called and asked if they would exchange.the ham and cheese that had all the other stuff on it and the girl said because I didn't tell them to remove those other item and that it was my fault that I didn't say I n didn't want it with the default items that I would have to pay again for the correct one.....so I ask to speak with the manager and she said the manager wouldn't be in till Monday....so ill never go back to this subway in Stevensville michigan.... all over a 10 dollar sub........plus these subs were the worst tasting sub I ever had from subway....
