Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It's good, but they need to update the menu... how about eggs Benedict for breakfast?

This is a common ocurence at this particular Cracker Barrell (Stevensvile, MI). The food is always to your corporate standards, but the servers aren't attentive to customer needs. This last visit, we didn't receive an ordered side item until after our meals were just about eaten. It was NOT during a busy period and we still didn't see our assigned server I had to flag down a different server to ask about the side item and for a condiment for our table. That server came back with the side item, but a different condiment than requested. I enjoy dining at Cracker Barrel, but I will think twice before stopping at this one in future

Food was good, service average, but the restaurant atmosphere, horrible. Where they sat us, we were surrounded by dirty tables. They remained that way for more than 30 minutes. The women's bathroom was very unkempt.

I'm a huge fan of this restaurant. That being said this food was absolutely disgusting. You could tell the quality is not there. The food we got served was cold,not to mention it tasted rotten. The meat was dry and dripping grease. Pretty much every single item from the multiple dishes we ordered tasted like it had gone bad. The service was not good either. Our waitress pretty much tossed the dishes at us and called it a day. Did not have a helpful attitude. Lastly, their bathrooms were so filthy. Would not go here, ever!!!
