フィードバックを提供するMy order was canceled because there was no delivery driver. I was told my money would be refunded and when I called back to let them know it never was, the guy was extremely rude. No apology, no decent attempt to make it right and he ended up hanging up onme. Will never order from here again.
Placed my order, they took the money off my card (I still have not gotten it back) and THEN told me a 3 hr wait. So i call half an hr later and the lady was ncie and says its ready amd that itll be at my place in 30minutes, and I asked her if she was sureand she said yeah. So I wait another 30 minutes and call again. Dude says they are waiting for a driver and that it willactually take 3 hours. So i cancelled my order. I wasnt going to eat food that they left sitting for almost 3 hours. And i stillhavent gotten mt money back
Usually my Dominos experience is good at other locations I've used, however this location is not even close to meeting those standards. My pizza ordered here was burned and half cold upon delivery after waiting an hour. ? If I wasn't at work and starving I would have taken action at the store in person about this. From the looks of other reviews here it seems to be the norm for them. I guess the manager doesn't read reviews and make needed changes. Won't get my business again....

Shop was very fast for my delivery, eating was very hot and delicious. driver was very friendly, highly recommended
