Sushi Mori - Sterling

I visited this restaurant to try the Katsu Curry, and it exceeded all my expectations. The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return!

We used to visit this place before it became Sushi Mori, but after ordering takeout for my son’s birthday, we were incredibly disappointed. My son chose the Chicken Teriyaki Box, and both the chicken and rice were a dull beige color and tasted boiled—definitely not appealing. The other three of us ordered the tempura, which was accompanied by miso soup and udon noodles. Unfortunately, the tempura was lacking; it consisted of just three soggy pieces of vegetables, including an onion, a small carrot, and a piece of sweet potato. The miso soup was a large cup of watery broth with bland tofu, while the udon noodles were decent. Overall, this was by far the worst Japanese food I (and everyone else) have ever had, and it was quite pricey to boot.

Fantastic sushi! The fish is fresh, delicious, and there’s a nice variety to choose from. The service is friendly and quick. The atmosphere is casual, featuring a subtle yet charming Japanese cat theme.

Sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious. Price was very fair considering the high quality of food. I’m very happy to have a great sushi spot near home. Will be back soon.

I was Not happy with the quality of food we received. The rice was dry. The soft shell crab roll tasted like fried batter only, I didn’t taste or feel a texture of crab at all.
