フィードバックを提供するThe drink was decent, nothing special. The service was subpar - I have worked in customer service before and know it's important to speak up and have a friendly tone. The server seemed annoyed when I couldn't hear her, even though she lacked the confidence to speak louder. I assume she was new to the job, but it's important to communicate clearly, especially with masks in place for COVID. She didn't even say thank you, or if she did, it was barely audible. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. Overall, 2 stars for the drink, minus 3 for poor manners and customer service.
I have been coming to this restaurant for a few months now and the food is amazing! The honey milk tea is fantastic, but I would recommend asking for less sweetener as it is usually too sweet for my liking.
I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff were very friendly, but I wish they would add more boba in the teas. It costs 65 cents for boba now, so I would appreciate it if they could be more generous with the portions.
I gave this place way more chances than my wallet deserved. Not everything on the menu can be made, you'll get rude customer service eyes rolled at, all 3 times visiting) , drinks won't be portioned correctly so you'll have a melted watery slush, they don't wear gloves nor wash their hands during the process of the drinks i watched from a distance) the register is being touched+ cash. It's not sanitary.
It took over 20 minutes to get a drink made. Then it was disgustingly sweet I ended up throwing it away.
