Charleys Cheesesteaks - Sterling

Walking in the mall and felt like a cheese steak so in the food court ordered one at Charleys Philly Steak. Not bad and served with fries.service was quick even though a short line.

I was given a one-hour wait time for my food, but it actually took one hour and ten minutes to arrive. The sandwich I ordered was lukewarm and soggy, and the delivery driver didn't even knock before leaving. Additionally, the sandwich was smaller than expected given the price. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I ordered 40 dollars worth of food, and they didn't even include 1 sauce. I paid for a ranch on the side for my large fries, and they gave me a table spoon worth of the ranch in the smallest container ever. Also, never get large fries from here. They give the same amount as the small fries just in a bigger container. This location is always disappointing. I will never come here again, and I advise you to go to their other locations.

Definitely the best sandwich ever made. They always make it as it defines in the picture..love their customer service and very professional.. been eating there for over 14 years..????Vegetarian options: It would be nice if they had a separate pan to grill the vegetarian food so there is no mix of any meat in the same grill. Otherwise its all good
