Firehouse Subs Hall/hayes

My food was ready when I got there, sat In front of the pre order table for 10 minutes, nobody greeted me, no hey did you order already, people keep getting their food while I'm being ignored very rude, unprofessional staff don't waste your time much friendlier people at other places to eat at.

I really like the subs here, but the staff is quite disappointing. I've never had a positive experience with them; they always seem frustrated and come across as robotic and transactional. The whole team seems to be in a bad mood. Additionally, they've stopped allowing customers to use the bathroom, which is inconvenient. The freestyle drink machine is also frequently out of order or mixed up. On the bright side, the subs are quite substantial!

Always amazing flavor! I ordered the club sandwich on a sub roll, adding mushrooms, black olives, and banana peppers. It was spot on. Highly recommended!

I placed a door order, but the staff didn't acknowledge me even after I mentioned that I had an order. I had ordered it an hour before and spent 20 minutes waiting for it to be prepared. The restaurant wasn't busy at all—there were only about three other customers there. Yet I still had to wait 40 minutes to receive my Sub Pad Sandwich.

I started going to Firehouse Subs while living in Texas. Absolutely delicious subs. The best around, the freshest ingredients. When I found them here I continued to order my fav Club on a sub on a regular basis. Great food nice staff clean restaurant. Enjoy!
