フィードバックを提供するCharming little restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge—what I ordered could easily have fed three people! My only downside was that I couldn't indulge in the fantastic bar since it was during my workday. I would definitely love to return with a group of friends.
In the meantime, my 12-year-old daughter decided to change her order to avoid further delays, asking instead for chicken tenders and a bun to make her own sandwich. The waitress remarked that she didn’t know how to ring that up and went off to find the manager again. At this point, my daughter, simply wanting chicken tenders, had to revise her order once more, while I ordered a salad. I continued to watch as the customers who had come in after us were served their meals, some even halfway done, while we waited with no food in sight. At 11:25, my daughter complained that she was hungry and suggested we leave. I walked over to the bar area and requested to settle our drink bill since we had been waiting for over an hour. The waitress with the unkind attitude agreed, smiling as she charged us over $7.50 for the drinks, and wished us a good day. I was taken aback by how poorly we were treated. The owner was present that day, someone who has always been pleasant and attentive, but not on this occasion. The manager also failed to make any effort; despite glancing at us when we asked for assistance, she never approached our table to address our concerns. It was as if no one cared about the long wait, the unpleasant service from the waitress, or the fact that we left without ever receiving our food. I live nearby and will never return to Purple Goat. I will only share this experience with anyone who asks about the restaurant. I left feeling incredibly disappointed.
