The best customer service I've ever had from a fast food restaurant

I never have a problem with them. Food always hot and fresh. The manager there is great. Service always friendly.

They go through, $15 for a burgerfries and a root beer. I'm coming to my office and there's no pommes. go back to the load and it takes 5 minutes to find an order of pommes. I asked what. about my cold burger? the woman looks at me like I'm crazy and says what, you want another burger? I just left. you mistake and I get a cold lunch. I'm not back.

Will never go back to this a w, it is not the chain that it is the administration. they have our order wrong (not belonged to no mayo) came to home and called when we do not live in Steinbach. we tried to cheat them out of 2 mama burgers! then tried to offer a discount instead of replacing only the burgers as any other fast food chain would have. they have no customer service skills 2 different people in management arguments with us! at the end they tear us out of the main department and made a complaint hopefully so I can be refunded.

Eating is always fresh and until par. the teenburger is really the best, they will pay attention to their nutrition or their preference and the objects they do not want (e.g. senf, tomaten). so good and the service is relatiw fast!
