The Paramount - Steamboat Springs

Great food, the best in Steamboat, but the people are amazing!!! Lee and Susie at are great, the staff is wonderful!!!!

Best food on the mountain! They even have a proper coffee machine.

Not sure how I have missed stopping into this place during my many trips to Steamboat. I certainly was missing out on great food and friendly service. I have now been three times in four days. Breakfast or lunch you can't go wrong. In addition to the great food and service the inside restaurant space has a clean, warm and welcoming feel.

Local. Been here several times. I’m ALWAYS impressed with every meal I get. Today I paid $11 for the veggie pita that was LOADED with fresh greens, artichokes, and two perfectly cooked eggs. $11!! This place is fantastic!

Everything I've tried on the menu so far is delicious. Can't go wrong going here.
