Rotisserie St-Hubert - STE-ADELE

The hostess seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic, showing no smiles or greetings. She led us to our table, dropped off the menus, and quickly left. Throughout our meal, she appeared unhappy. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and delivered two different salads, neither of which I had ordered. Despite this mix-up, I ate the dish and found it to be average at best, featuring Thai flavors. The chicken was tough and unappetizing. The waitress made no apology other than expressing her love for the Thai salad. I left a generous fifteen percent tip given the circumstances, but we will not be returning to this restaurant. Swiss Chalet nearby offers better food and superior service. I was disappointed, as other St. Hubert locations have provided much more satisfying experiences.

Wow! The service at this restaurant is amazing and the food is just as impressive. I highly recommend trying the cream of chicken soup - it is absolutely delicious!

The restaurant wasn't busy when I visited. I ordered a meal and an appetizer, but unfortunately, I never received my soup (although I wasn't charged for it). The meal consisted of a sandwich with very little chicken and a small portion of fries (comparable to a medium fries at McDonald's). The amount of meat on the sandwich was about half of what you would get at another chicken restaurant, and the portion of fries was only a third of the usual size. However, the food was served quickly and was hot.

The chicken leg is so small, i may as well ordered quail. It's appalling to know i spent$15 for a mouth full of coleslaw, a half a potato and a tiny piece of chicken.At home, it would have cost me $2! And all the while the tip jar sits prominently on te counter.I'm never going to eat out again! It's rediculous!

I have never been to a St-Hubert with no quick takeout or drive-thru option. When I ordered food at the quick pick up doors, they told me it would be a 20-25 minute wait and looked like they didn't believe me when I told them other St-Huberts take less than 5 minutes. I suppose call ahead for this location if you are going to pick up.
