Very good and delicious restaurant. I liked there style for order as soon as they find a table they order online from their phone and write the table number and they will bring their food to their table. In addition, I would recommend tasting the egonburger and the crispy chicken tacos that they are so delicious.
Egon restaurant is an excellent option if you visit the harbour area of stavanger. the staff is very competent and friendly and installations are demanding and cozy. I had two appetizers mini-quadillas with marinated chicken and spekematsnack with ham, sausage and olive.
I am torn with this restaurant. I really enjoyed the design of the place. Eating was also tasteful ok. but everything else was quite pleasing. we arrived on a Monday evening at 8-8:30 a.m. first we waited for 20 minutes before the restaurant. the people went away, many tables were empty, but no one was taken for one. then we were allowed to enter and decided to sit outside. many free tables, but all were dirty, there was a broken sauce cup on the floor and the first bank on which I sat was actually broken in the middle and only by strapping around them. then we realized that we had to order either via our phone or go inside to wait in another 15 minutes. we had a good look, so no order online. next we waited for the food needed. the burger pizza was about 220 krona 22€ and the big koks were 70 krona 7€. with a lot of ice naturally. taking into account the price the portions were small and there was not much to beat on burger or pizza. the pizza was also really crunchy. tbh, while I still have to get used to the prices in norway, I found it much too much, especially given the culinary experience that was comparable to mcdonalds at that time to a high-end restaurant. when we came, the staff seemed like a chaos.
Very nice and big resturant. They have an all you can eat pizza/salad buffe, for around 14 Euros. All other foods is a bit expensiv.
