Wendy's - Statesville

Overall, the experience was decent with good food; however, they did get part of my order wrong. Additionally, I had to wait at the front of the store for about two minutes for a bag while an employee just stared at me without offering any assistance.

The lobby does not allow DoorDash orders to be picked up. We had to wait in a long drive-thru line of 15 cars for an order that was already placed, paid for, and should have been ready. This is unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible experience! Please avoid eating here! This is what my daughter found in her burger on Friday, and they refused to refund the entire combo—only the burger itself. To make matters worse, they even suggested offering her another burger!

Went through the drive through. Cashier was focused on her job! She was very polite. Food was hot and correct.

Don't get Wendy's much but the location on broad street is the fastest Wendy's around. Baconator is always good but at $12 $13 for a medium combo the bacon king at BK is usually superior.
