Staten Island's best-kept secret! This restaurant truly stands out with its innovative new dishes introduced every week and exceptional martinis. You absolutely have to try the pistachio martini, and don't miss the avocado tuna salad served in an avocado. The service is outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you, Misaki—you’re the best!

Misaki is my favorite restaurant on the island! This exceptional Japanese eatery left a lasting impression on me from the moment I walked in, thanks to its warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was not only friendly but also attentive throughout my meal. The menu featured a wide variety of authentic Japanese dishes, each one beautifully presented and full of flavor. The sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious, while the sashimi was top quality. I found the miso soup to be rich and comforting, and the tempura was perfectly crispy. Additionally, the meticulous attention to detail—from the service to the decor—made Misaki a truly delightful place to dine. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable Japanese dining experience.

I entered the restaurant and was seated at a dirty table, which ended up splattering soy sauce all over my legs and purse. After considering leaving, I decided to stay (it was 8:55 PM), only to be told that they close at 9. However, when I checked their website and various apps, it clearly stated that they close at 10. I can’t help but feel frustrated, and I'm left wondering if they assumed I wouldn't tip because I'm Black. Overall, I am really angry about my experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.
