Mcdonald's - Staten Island

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I took a couple of bites of a sandwich that was poorly made—the bread was overcooked and hard, and the chicken patty had a rubbery texture. When I returned the sandwich, I was told that I couldn't get a replacement because I had eaten half of it. The situation became tense, as the staff, including a young man who refused to give his name and a woman, started shouting at me, claiming I had taken big bites before returning it, when in fact I hadn’t even left the counter. It’s baffling to think anyone would lie about a poorly made sandwich. I do not recommend eating here; the service was unprofessional, and it shouldn't have been that difficult to resolve the issue. I definitely won't be coming back to this place again.

I ordered a blueberry muffin, but it had a solid layer of sugar on top instead of being sprinkled on. The coffee was fresh, but I had to ask again to have caramel added and mixed in. The establishment itself was well-maintained and very clean, including the beautiful and tidy parking area. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Laura and her team. We had placed a large order for a school event, and when we arrived to pick it up, Laura and her team were busy preparing everything. They managed to get our order exactly right and even included some extra items, which was a wonderful surprise. I truly appreciate all their hard work.

Faster service and friendly staff. reasonably clean and was a quick transaction. definitiw seen bad mcdonald’s.

This Macdonald is terrible in everything, tables are dirty , very poor customer service I went their with my husband we ordered. looking for a clean table all nasty I asked someone 3 times to give me anything to clean with they just giving napkins and no one really came in to clean it, there is no manager I guess or maybe is worst than the employees
