Dunkin' - Staten Island

You might think I'm crazy, but I believe that a blue raspberry coolatta is a must-have all year round. The coffee is fantastic, and of course, the donuts are delicious too!

The staff were friendly, and the coffee was decent—though I suppose it varies from place to place.

The staff here is incredibly rude, and it seems like they've completely forgotten their manners. One of the employees rolled her eyes at me. I attempted to order an iced latte, but what I received was just a cup of milk. When I explained that I wanted a latte, she insisted that it was one. I told her I needed more coffee because it was just white milk. I consider myself a very patient person, but these two female employees really pushed my buttons. In the end, I had to walk away, and they kept my money. I strongly advise against stopping here for coffee.

The guy at the register was very unprofessional I had intentions on making a purchases but after beingtreated the way I did I walked out without purchasing anything . If this is the way they are trained to deal with customers Iwill no longer buy anything sold by or at Dunkin? Donuts .

Call me crazy, but the Blue Sky Coolatta has been a must-try for years. They serve great coffee, and of course, the donuts are fantastic too. Food: 5/5.
