Wings Over Happy Valley - State College

I didn't have a long wait here, but the real standout at Wings Over is the wings. They are always cooked perfectly and I appreciate the variety of flavors available. The menu used to be quite pricey, but it is much more affordable now. The new chicken sandwich meal is delicious and surprisingly filling. I also enjoy the waffle fries, which are always crispy. The service is also excellent.

I frequently visit this restaurant for their consistently high-quality wings and service. They offer a variety of sauces to choose from, with my favorite being the kickin’ BBQ. During my last visit, I was served by a girl named Brianna who always greets me with a friendly smile and has my food ready when I arrive. It's the little things like a welcoming smile and minimal wait time that keep me coming back to a place like this for wings.

I attended the state college from 2005-2008 and visited this restaurant every week for their specials. Sometimes I would even go multiple times in a week. The chicken tenders here were the best I have ever had, even after almost 15 years I still dream about them. I am currently in Oregon and wish this franchise was more widespread. If I ever find myself back in Pennsylvania, I would go out of my way to come back here. Some people may complain about the prices, but I believe the taste is worth it.

Every top animal. golden bbq sauce with ranch on the side is the best wing I ever had. I order 4 offers and they lay more than those in the container 9/10. whenever we enjoy the wings in the happy valley this is to go. nothing else comes close

Tonight i enjoyed some of the best wings at penn state! They were closed when i got there to get my order but Kelsea answered the phone when i called and said her and Marco were just finishing up closing. Marco quickly greeted us at the door with our food! Thank you guys for being so awesome!
