El Pollo Loco - Stanton

The staff here were incredibly friendly, and the service was quick, even during a busy drive-thru. The Chicken Fajita Quesadilla was outstanding. It was also refreshing to see staff members with big smiles who genuinely enjoy their work!

The restaurant showed promise, but there's definitely room for improvement in customer service. The food was generally good, and the lobby was clean and maintained a comfortable temperature. It would be great to see more teamwork among the front-of-house staff, with team members stepping out of their stations to assist customers instead of retreating to avoid busy periods. Overall, a bit more initiative and collaboration would enhance the experience.

I felt inspired to write a review about my fast-food experience! On March 20, 2022, around noon, I enjoyed some of the best and freshest food, accompanied by truly friendly service.

I visited this restaurant and ordered two chicken burritos, but I only received rice and beans inside. It was disappointing.

The same meal was $4.89. Now it's $6.00. Great food fast service.
