Everything we tried was fresh, packed with flavor, and the restaurant's interior was stunning, as you can see in my photos. The Creole spaghetti had a nice spice to it, and I really enjoyed the delicate flavor of haddock that complemented the dish. It's definitely a fantastic spot to visit!
I had a less-than-attractive dining experience at a restaurant in Stamford, but I have no regrets about my visit. I ordered the Griot fried pork served with Bannann Peze tostones (fried green bananas) and Riz Kole (rice and beans), and I must say, the rice was absolutely delicious. The pork was juicy, and the sauce on top added an extra layer of flavor. If you find yourself in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by!
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The DJ played some great music that added to the experience. The atmosphere is lovely and really enhances the overall vibe. However, I do want to mention that for parents needing to change a diaper, there are currently no changing stations available, and there's no designated area for changing babies or toddlers. That aside, I would highly recommend this restaurant and I plan to return.
Growing up with Haitian friends, ive had home cooked haitian food and It's rare to find a Haitian restaurant by me so when this place opened i was all in!! Best mac and cheese I've ever had. Black rice is always on point. Mango BBQ ribs...I wanna sleep with them in my pillow. Try EVERYTHING!! Sak pase!
HAITIAN food will always be my go-to whenever I want to feel at home. La Perle did this. Great place for food and music vibe. My friend enjoyed the food that leaves the plate empty. It is worth visiting the city.
