First time, food was great. The staff were very friendly! Great place for a group lunch or dinner.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Nice open set up and liked the side dishes. Struggled with the waiter when I asked for Korean beers and the one he suggested was actually Australian. Enjoyed the kalbi tang. Wasn't busy, but the waiter was slow to come back, so closed out when I could. All said, grateful for a Korean place in the area and hoping to come back and try out the barbeque.

Horrible experience I came with my family to celebrate a birthday. We were put on the first floor and completely forgotten about no one cared that the first floor is completely freezing causing the food to get cold quickly. The service was slim to none we had to go to ask for someone to come and take our food orders. Food came out late and scattered and incomplete causing for an inauthentic Korean BBQ experience. The service did not seem to care at all of those on the first floor if you have a big party I would not recommend this location. The experience was nothing but disheartening and disappointing there is nothing authentic about the service that this establishment provides. While the food does taste well made and seasoned it was ruined by the rest of the experience within the establishment. On top of it all completely overpriced for the amounts of food that are offered . Not worth your time at all.

Horrible, sat there for 20 minutes without any service. Didn’t even bother asking for our drinks. Asked questions about the menu and the lady just laughed. Didn’t explain the option how it works. Walked away when we were ready to order. Just unpleasant. Would even bother going. It was a Friday night and just one person was working.

We went for the Korean BBQ experience, thinking we were going to sit down and have a fun environment to cook our own food... It was not that. When we walked in, there was no one to greet us. they seem a bit understaffed. The basins where they collect your finished dishes we left just feet from us. Unfortunately, our host couldn't properly explain what came with the BBQ experience. Our waiter brought out our raw meat and left it on the table to go and cook someone else's food before ours. It was very confusing. He even turned off the cooker before the last of our meat had cooked. The drink menu was limited and written in hand in some places.
