I always order from this Chinese only once before have I been disappointed but everywhere has an off day. However, I ordered Yuk Sung and not told the white dry noodles were no longer included which would have altered my choice in meal. When it was delivered I rang and informed no longer available, not even an option. I enjoyed the meal however the sauce (hoisin; which I paid extra for) was very thin, water like. The Yuk Sung itself was very nice however the overall meal/experience was disappointing. This will make me question meals ordered in the future.

This place is truly amazing - from the delicious food to the exceptional customer service! We have been regulars for years and plan to keep coming back.

If you’re eating in, inside is clean and well presented. If you’re ordering takeaway delivery charge is expensive at £3. Their food is normally great; however, I wouldn’t order when the football is on. The manager is nice and lets his staff off early to watch it and trys to do everything himself, the problem is he is a terrible cook. I asked him once if it was him cooking the food or his regular staff before ordering, as I noticed it was him who answered the phone (which is unusual). I tried my best to explain politely, that I liked the regular cook’s food but not his. He was very rude told me not to order from their again and hung up. If you're going to order, personally I'd check to see if the football is on before hand.
