Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse - Southwest Houston

This was a surprisingly little fun experience compared to previous visits I had in this place. They set a few long-term menu items that we rejoiced (parmesan pork) and it seemed as if they were either out or restock the house special pincaha because we had to ask three times before it was finally brought to the table. The end result on the Picanha was disappointingly carved on the outside and raw on the inside, and let me lose my appetite. The waitress was exceptional, regularly check on us, remove plates, refill drinks, etc. The Gauchos were... not so great, ignoring enquiries, skipping people who wanted a product, etc. I will go back here in the future because I know that this visit is not representative of their quality, but if this were my first trip here, I would probably never have gone back to this experience.

The service was not usual. Moscato came from room temperature. Meat selection was tight. It wasn't the norm this time. The waiter forgot us. Deceased

This was our first time at this location. One we went to before was in Webster. It was nice.
