I don’t know who’s in charge at this location but they need to be fired pull up to the drive thru several time multiple occasions and no response I know I’m not the only one with this problem Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been a regular at this Sonic location for almost a year, but my experience today has changed that. We ordered a drink and a slush through the app and checked in as soon as we parked. After waiting for over 30 minutes without receiving our order, which was supposed to come out in 10 minutes according to the screen, I had to repeatedly press the call button to get a response from the staff. After almost an hour since our order was placed, and after multiple attempts to get assistance, our order finally arrived, but the drink was wrong. The unprofessional staff and the long wait time have left me extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. I am now questioning if I should ever return to this establishment again.

Excellent!!! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. We ordered takeout and the service was fantastic. The meal was delicious and well worth the price (between $1-10 per person). The atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch. Overall rating: 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

This was the worst Sonic experience I've ever had. The food was awful, as if they were using old and broken equipment. The milkshake I ordered was lukewarm and had to be thrown away. The management at this location was terrible and disappointing. Normally, I find Sonic to be empty, but this location was especially empty for a well-known reason. I should have taken that as a sign. Overall, I rate the food a 1.
