I began my fitness journey with Chris in the summer of 2016. At the time, I was a collegiate basketball player standing 6'1" and weighing only 175 pounds. My drive to improve on the court motivated me to start training with Chris, as I was determined to gain muscle to enhance my basketball career. Little did I know the mental and emotional transformation that would also take shape through my training with him. From the start, Chris showed me that he is more than just a trainer; he genuinely cares about the well-being of his clients. He focuses not only on physical transformations but also on mental growth. I am incredibly grateful for everything Chris has done for me. He has played a pivotal role in my success in fitness and health, and in my life overall. Fast forward 6.5 years, I've competed in two shows and placed third and second. I now weigh 230 pounds and am lifting weights I could have only dreamed of when I first started training with him. The transformation of my physique, particularly during my competition seasons, is a testament to the strong mental foundation Chris helped me build all those years ago.
