Mullet Bay Seafood - St. Simons

We have been coming to this restaurant for several years and we are very Happy with their food and service. One of our favorite dishes on the menu is Fish tacos. They “were” always cod. And excellent. Recently we stopped in for these and were very disappointed. We asked to server (as the word “cod” had been removed in the description) what fish was being used. She told us Mahi Mahi. We decided to try them, and were very disappointed. The mahi did not have the right firmness and there was also too much sauce covering them. Just pointing this out. I am afraid that the change is for the worse. Our server was very friendly, as is the usual here.

I love this restaurant, every time I've been there the service is great and the food is delicious. I recommend the salmon but everything is really wonderful.

Our favorite place to eat in St Simons! The food is to die for, and the service is always great. We love to bring our dog and eat outside. Our favorites are the fried pickles, the po-boys, and the white cheddar mac n cheese (I could eat it all day! . Nothing has ever disappointed.

We were pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The hush puppies were perfect. We enjoyed the weather and sat outside. The only “complaint” was the waitress did not know how to take drink orders so my husband had to go to the bar himself.

Fantastic as usual! Their blackened mahi keeps us going back!
