Tropical Smoothie Cafe - St. Petersburg

Just had a smoothie delivered picked it up and it breaks out the bottom of it. I call store and they said they can't give me my money back. So I suggest if you have to have it delivered never call them. Worse delivering service I've ever had. Better off going to smoothie King they don't have cheap cups.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I placed an order for delivery through the Tropical Smoothie website, but instead of receiving my order, I got Hardy's fast food delivered to my door nearly an hour later. When I called the restaurant, I had to wait for a long time before speaking to the owner. The owner initially tried to blame the delivery driver for the mistake and told me to contact the delivery service, even though I never interacted with one. After explaining that my payment method was with Tropical Smoothie, the owner agreed to look into the issue but never followed up. In the end, the restaurant charged my account without my permission, forcing me to report the charge to my bank.

Meloney provided excellent and attentive service, she was patient and accommodating despite our complicated order. The staff receives 5 stars from me. As for the flatbread, it was good but I found it lacking in flavor, although it was fresh. The staff did a great job preparing it.

This was my first time visiting this location instead of my usual one, and it was not a great experience. Unfortunately, they only had two employees working and the location was very busy. When I got home, I realized that my crunch wrap felt thin and there was hardly any peanut butter on it. Upon closer inspection, I found only a smudge of peanut butter on one corner. I find this unacceptable and will not be returning to this location. It is unfortunate, as this location is closer to me than my usual one, but the poor quality of the food and service is not worth my money.

Was the only person in the whole place and ordered 2 flatbreads and they came out wrong. Called the store to let them know I would be on my way back to pickup the correct flatbread seen as my bf can?t eat chipotle and worker hung up on me. If they were busy I could understand how that mistake would happen but I was literally the only person there?? workers too busy talking about how they?re going to spend their 4/20 instead of doing their actual jobs. 4th street location is completely slammed all the time but at least they?ll get my order right.. don?t waste your time or money going to this location.
