Dunkin' - St. Petersburg

Dunkin has great lattes when they make them correctly. There are a few staff members there that make my coffee just right, then other times it will taste like milk and caramel (which is pretty gross). I wish they would just follow the recipe. This is the only Dunkin? in my area and it?s really disappointing having to go to starbucks now.

I just had a really great experience at this Dunkin location! (9:30am Saturday morning) The drive thru was really busy but it went by super quick, the people who took my order and at the window were suuuper friendly, and my first pumpkin swirl iced coffee of the season was made absolutely perfectly. Thank you for making my morning!

Today marks 12 years that I have been without my mom and this girl absolutely amazed me on how sweet and care she was for me as an expert she called me beautiful, love and so much more just to assure that I was well cared for, I was mentally not there and came through the running thru angry that the espresso machine was not working in that I knew it was not itself mistaken but she never gave me an order Dunkin needs more of you, lakia, you rock!

I visited the restaurant to try their Valentine's Day donuts. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the donuts were fantastic. I will definitely be returning. They truly were excellent!

This restaurant has been struggling for a while now. Although a new management has taken over, it still doesn’t seem to be on the right track. Currently, the place is closed for a few weeks due to renovations and equipment upgrades. It appears they have difficulty retaining customer-friendly staff, and many employees seem to lack proper training on the equipment and registers. I understand it takes time to build a reliable team, especially after letting go of so many people. However, it feels like a case of the blind leading the blind, and the wait times inside the restaurant can be quite frustrating. I would recommend implementing a better "train the trainer" program for their core staff and incorporating customer communication skills into the training.
