フィードバックを提供するI used to visit this Chick-fil-A for lunch every week, but my experiences have become increasingly disappointing. The service varies greatly; some employees are friendly while others seem indifferent. About half the time, my order is missing items like utensils or condiments, and I often don’t realize it until I’ve left. Last week was particularly bad—I received food that was not up to standard. When I called to speak with a female manager about my concerns, she seemed uninterested in the issue. I asked if she could speak with the owner, but I was told to contact Chick-fil-A's website if I wanted to file a complaint. I found it shocking that a local restaurant wouldn’t take a complaint about poor food seriously. I did reach out, but I haven’t received a response yet. I won’t be returning to the Chick-fil-A on Tyrone Blvd.
I am extremely frustrated with this restaurant and would never order from them again. Sadly, my wife loves the chicken Cobb salad, but there’s always an issue with the dressings. We usually use Uber Eats to avoid the long drive-thru lines, and she particularly likes the light balsamic dressing. However, about one in three times, the staff fails to read the order correctly and sends the wrong dressing, which is already frustrating enough. They also frequently forget other items. When we go to the Chick-Fil-A website, it seems like they just ask us to contact the delivery service about any mistakes, even though our delivery driver did their part. This isn’t the driver’s fault. It’s time for them to train their employees to accurately read orders. They may claim to have high standards for their staff, but that clearly isn’t reflected in their service.
I would like to thank Linda James for her incredible masterclass strategy, which has enabled me to earn at least $12,000 each week. Her guidance has also helped me recover all of my losses in binary options trading. I highly recommend her services to any trader looking to achieve success and substantial gains in binary options, as well as to newcomers or anyone facing challenges in trading.
Normally I am a fan of this restaurant chain, but on this occasion the portions were very small, and the prices seemed higher than before. 2 chicken sandwiches, one small drink and one small waffle fry was pennies under $18. The chicken was so tiny that half of the sandwich was just bun, the kids working here have no clue what they are doing, which usually results to bad management. When any employee plops in 4 fries and leaves the bag mostly empty, then they are not being trained properly. Nothing was wrong with the quality or temp., it was mainly portions and appearance. I work at a hospital that has extremely strict standards, so when I go somewhere else that is not in compliance, its noticeable immediately.
The employees are very nice and the food is good. Thank you. All businesses should watch how you treat customers and do the same.
