The cranberry walnut rolls, peanut butter cookies and white cake with cream cheese frosting are amazing!The owner suggested I put brie cheese on the bread I put it in the air fryer for 2 minutes and it’s amazing! Will be my go to from now on

Adieu -glu is a hidden Gluten free gem in St Petersburg. All the breads are amazing. Absolutely the best gluten free bread bakery. There is a binder in the bakery that lists every ingredient in each bakery/bread item offered! The atmosphere is relaxed and a pleasure to sit and eat at one of the tables inside. Highly recommend Adieu -glu if you want fabulous gluten free breads!

$15 for burned bread. I was so excited to find gluten free sourdough bread. We bought a frozen loaf (in a zip lock bag) and got it home only to find it very burned, bitter and hard as a rock. As someone who has had to be gluten free for 14 years I've had my fair share of bad bread and this was pretty disappointing. This place is fantastic. I have tons of food restrictions, and they had options for me. I had not been able to have bread in over three years, and this is amazing.Their ingredients and allergens are posted on their website, making it super helpful. Everything is gluten free so no fear of cross-contamination at any point in time.The staff is super sweet.
