Papa Johns - St Peters

I am giving this restaurant a 1-star rating because I encountered a racist and prejudiced incident when I went to pick up my pizza for lunch. I hope to never have to come back to this place again. The employee from the company was rude and disrespectful. He may be good at his job, but he was not with me.

They delivered my pizza during the blizzard conditions, amazing business! highly recommended

2nd time in a row, ordered delivery, after waiting 2.5 hour I had to call them just to find out my pizza is sitting on a counter because the drivers all apparently went home. There was zero communication about that situation. Just gave a credit towards my next purchase. This crew is worthless.

Burnt my pizza then tried to give me a half cooked pizza I'm done trying to order pizza in Saint peters mo it's something in the water here nothing is worth paying for anymore

The kitchen is filled with mold that can be seen visibly spreading from the back to the front of the house. The smell is so overwhelming that it made me sick, but the staff seems to think it's acceptable to have mold so close to the food preparation area. They serve food without addressing the issue, disregarding the importance of a safe and clean kitchen environment.
