フィードバックを提供するHave tried to use this location in the last months or so to two different locations. we have moved around and the hours listed on Google maps say that this location is open until unfortunately, like others in their last reviews, the lighter are at the place and it seems open as they progress. actually we even saw workers. but when we went to the drive-thru, there was no answer. no other cars in the insert. When we first went and that happened, we thought they had to close (one took the müll out). the second time we waited minutes on the drive-thru without answer, but when we drove away, we saw what seemed to be coworkers around the inner, all the lights up. I really feel for the owner of this place, as I think they must lose out of the business because of this, and it is very strange that this has happened repeatedly and seems to happen to other people, but nothing seems to have changed. if from any reason the situation is really not opened as late as google says, then I would recommend updating the hours more reliable (the on mid rivers seems to change the hours weekly, but at least I know if they are open). I hope this location is able to work in the future more consistently.
Lady over the car thru intercom told me to stop and later never back to the intercom and there were no other cars in the line or on the drive thru window. that's ridiculous and I understand that there's a lack of personal. Just say you can't help and I'll go on. I don't want to be like a fool who's waiting for you to come back because I'm bbbing it now.
The only....I mean only person that was working working was so nice to me...maybe you can give her a break as it's not her fault everyone likes Jack in the box. Give her a break....if you don't like the wait time please fill out an application as she is the...literally only person there.
Rude AF! Got there mins after they open and fries were cold and old tasting. How does this even happen. time I've eaten here in a very long time, will definitely be the last.
Drawn to the drive thru and sat at the box for minen and no one greeted us. we left after we didn't help. they have seen a worker inside, only choose not to take our order. the car that waited behind us was served, so we moved back to try to give the advantage of the doubt. it was told before us (the car behind us) and the only other customer they had) was a bigger order and they would not be able to take our order for mins. jack in box has good food. but unfortunately the customer service has developed around us at all locations. That was ridiculous.
