Taco Bell - St. Pauls

It's primarily a drive-thru only location. The food was decent, and the service was satisfactory, but it took 30 minutes to get 2 tacos and a chalupa. If they can address this issue, I would have given them 4 stars.

Service was extremely slow for not being busy. Nobody working the counter so you had to use the kiosk to order. Food tasted good but wasn't hot, which was surprising considering the slow service. Also, the quesadilla.. see photo. Might as well have not cutit at all... ????

The food was disappointing. I ordered a chicken taco, but some pieces were undercooked and rubbery. The rice was also undercooked, with many hard pieces. I ordered a steak taco but received ground beef instead. To place your order, you have to use the screen kiosks, which were dirty. When I tried to approach the counter, I was told it wasn't open. I mentioned that the screen was dirty and was simply handed a napkin. No one seemed concerned about the state of things. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Quick stop during Road trip turned out to be the best tacobell I ever had. Everything was fresh and the taco shells weren't soggy like they usually are everywhere else. Actual crunchy tacos! Imagine that!

Very disappointed. The Crunchwrap Supreme was cold and shell fell apart and the cheese wasn't melted. Most of the ingredients ended in the bottom of the paper wrap. And to top it off, I ordered an ice tea. I was handed tea without ice. I said, there isno ice, she said our ice machine is broken. Do you think the customer should be told when they order. We will never be back
