Burrito Mercado has everything you need, from plantains to tomatillos, chicken feet, and chorizo, everything is there and fresher impossible. You can even buy freshly made sauces here! Burrito Mercado restaurant has seating or you can take the food to go. Soups, tostadas, fajitas (shrimp fajitas in the photo) and much more. The prices are great and the food is fantastic. Make sure to get the pickled jalapeños as a topping on your food, it adds just that little touch of spice and flavor.
If you want to buy Mexican food to prepare at home, or if you want to purchase typical items from this country to decorate your home, this is the perfect place.
A great market with groceries, ready made foods, meat market and a restaurant. I liked it better when they had the cafeteria style restaurant line instead of the digital ordering system. A great place to pick up tamales, Birria, salsas, pork with verde sauce, etc... They also have some gift items.
This is my go to place for Mexican groceries and food. I needed some ingredients to make a recipe and found all the items I was looking for and then some extra ones I wanted to try. Tried a fresh mango salsa which was delicious! I will be purchasing that again in a much larger quantity the next time I visit. My sister needed some dried peppers for a recipe she was making and was happy that she could purchase them by the pepper rather than buying a bag of them and not using them all. Everything is so reasonably priced and there is such a wide variety of items. Looking forward to going back again soon!
I recently moved to the area and Burrito Mercado was the first place I wanted to try. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I was shocked to see a full grocery store and authentic Mexican restaurant in one seemingly small building. I spent some time browsing the store (which I will definitely return to for various spices and cheeses) and then ordered three brisket tacos and cried because I live close enough to get them whenever I want. I looked at some other reviews stating the restaurant can get pretty busy, but it's worth mentioning that the ordering system is great. We used a kiosk and were given a pager until our food was ready. It would be a perfect work from home lunch stop to get a few things for dinner at the same time. We love efficiency. The food is affordable, tasty, and the ambiance is fun. What more can you ask for? I'm hoping to review the rest of the area soon, but for now, Burrito Mercado is at the top of my list.
