I have dined at this restaurant before and had a positive experience. However, during my most recent visit, we waited for hours for our food to be delivered without receiving an apology. I believe we were justified in requesting a discount given the long wait and lack of apology. The delivery driver then took the food back without contacting the restaurant, choosing to waste food and potentially lose future business. This behavior is unacceptable.
