The Blackthorn Irish Pub - St. Michaels

This is a really great place. The food is fresh, the drinks are cold, and the music is ON POINT! Also one of the cleanest Irish pubs I found in Maryland. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because their appetizer menu is so much better than the rest of the menu. My wife and I ordered 7 different appetizers and no entrees each of them was wonderful!

We enjoy eating out. Last night we came to this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a lovely time there with high-qulity cooking and a well-trained stuff and a talented cook. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall surely visit again soon. We deeply recommend.

The food here was pretty great and the bar tender was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the fish and chips, the batter on the fish had Old Bay in it. I wasn't expecting the local twist, and I was not disappointed. It would be great to see some local bands or an Open Mic type night there.

We have passed by this restaurant numerous times without feeling the urge to give it a try. However, that changed today with the delicious food we enjoyed for lunch. It's another fantastic addition to our growing list of favorite spots in St. Michael's.
