Get a headliner and listen to some live music! Great cry to Alexia! She was the best waitress. She knew the menu, made suggestions and was super attentive! Ask her if you can!
The live music was why I really enjoyed myself ! The brunch food was just okay nothing to brag about ! The portions are small for the price ! The cleanliness gets zero stars ! The hardwood floors are black needs deep cleaning the fans on the walls are filled with dust like people are breathing it in! The slush machine has no lid on top which flies where flying around and sanitation is everything! The bathroom had one roll of toilet that everybody was passing over the stalls no paper towels one toilet was broke and full of bm ? our waitress gets 10 stars she was amazing she made sure we didn't need anything we bought the band drinks and that was the highlight of our sisters brunch !
Walked into Tin Roof 6:50 on 10/24. The main area had two tables with patrons and the bar had maybe 1 person sitting there. Sat at a table and we waited for service for about 11 minutes before walking out. Bartender walked by our table at least twice with no acknowledgement as did one other server and another employee. Not good hospitality experience I hope management addresses this. Spoke to the patrons at one of the only 2 other tables that had customers to ask how they got waited on and they said they hadn’t seen their waiter in a long time had to go up to bar to get bill and pay. There are many other options to choose from downtown I’d skip this place.
To start, the place probably is open, even though what would logically be their front door is locked, as is their accessible entrance just west of the main entrance. You 'll have to walk around to the back and come in through a patio. Once inside, it 's a cool turn-of-the-century warehouse, which is cool. On a Saturday night around 7, the place wasn 't even half full. The band was good, but not great. Menu looked passable, but not enticing. Beer selection was good. Service was good. It looks like they try to morph into a nightclub sometime later in the night with a DJ area in the back. From the vibe of downtown St Louis, I 'd probably pass on the nightclub scene unless you 're wearing kevlar. Tin Roof in Nashville is one of our favorites, but this venue is much more devoid of character. Would be cool to make it more like Nashville, but I 'm guessing from the pervasive weed smell of downtown that it wouldn 't work there. Too bad
Great place...good size..live music...good service..easy walk from the stadium..decent outdoor..all and all a slam dunk
