フィードバックを提供するThis restaurant is the worst. I have visited at least 30 Panera locations and this one is terrible. The small dining area is always closed, there are no bathrooms or electric plugs inside, and there is no drink station for refills. St. Louis Bread Co. is supposed to have a relaxed atmosphere for casual meetings and working on laptops while eating lunch. The display of pastries is disappointing, as my orange scone was doughy and unpleasant. However, they exchanged it for a different pastry without any issue.
The food was overcooked and there was minimal engagement from the staff.
Just a heads-up, the dine-in area has been blocked off primarily for kiosk/rapid pick-up orders. My strawberry poppyseed salad was a bit disappointing as it didn't have any strawberries, only pineapples and blueberries.
Spoke with Kim Sylvia at this location. We were in need of lunch pickup for 14 people and had not called the order in. ? Kim the catering mgr and Sylvia front counter) were super supportive, friendly and accommodated our order in a timely fashion! It definitely felt like they appreciated our business and offered us something to drink while we waited! Both Sylvia Kim went the extra mile! Thank you!
No inside dining! No self-serve beverages other than coffee. No restroom. No drive thru. No employee in sight. Just shut this location down already.
