フィードバックを提供するWe felt very rushed to place our order, even though we were the only ones in line. It's not like we were taking a long time, I simply asked the kids what they wanted. Perhaps they were having a bad day. The food was tasty and fresh.
The main issue with this restaurant location is the lack of enough staff to move the line quickly. It may just be my opinion, but it seems like there is a high turnover rate. Once your order is taken and you move up in line, things go smoothly until that staff member leaves. I have encountered some amazing young employees who were proficient in their roles and could handle any task thrown at them. However, it seems like they get burnt out quickly and leave. Another concern is the lack of enforcement of mask-wearing rules among some employees. They may wear the mask, but often have it below their noses, which defeats the purpose. It's important to actually utilize a mask if it's going to be worn.
I bought a large box of peking bark meat and they threw free into a bug. this is disgusting and I will never buy from this place again.
The lines at this restaurant are incredibly long! And when you finally reach the window, the customer service is terrible and they are reluctant to give you a decent portion of food on your plate.
Today is Tuesday 11:10 a.m and the black chic working the register already has an attitude. It's too early for that. She rolled her eyes the entire time she was making my food like she had a problem so I didn't even get the food. Negative vibes have an effect on the whole process and even the food. She needs discipline or need to choose a job she like.
