This restaurant truly stands out, especially given the challenging times we are facing. They deserve more recognition than they currently receive. In fact, no other fast food restaurant in the area seems to be performing as well anymore. The corporate office owes a big thank you to this team for their hard work and resilience. After comparing my experiences here with other places (like Granite City on Madison Ave), it’s clear that they provide exceptional service and support for the corporation. Customers are generally quite dissatisfied with fast food lately, but this establishment has maintained much higher standards than nearly anywhere else. They have certainly earned their reputation.
My burger arrived with the cheese already browned, and there were grease stains on the wrapper. It's concerning; you could get sick from the food! Rating: 1/5.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. A staff member was taking pictures of customers' debit cards and then using that information to make unauthorized purchases until the accounts were drained. I was completely appalled. I did report the incident to the police, but unfortunately, Jack in the Box never refunded my money. If you plan on using a card there, I urge you to handle the transaction in person to avoid this situation. I wasn’t the only victim; this was caught on security cameras. It's frustrating that I still haven't received my money back.
The Jack in the Box on Lilac Ave in Bellefontaine, MO, is my favorite location. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and I’ve never had a mistake with my order during my visits! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
