Very nice store, clean and cheery atmosphere. Great varieties and friendly service.

I'm only writing this review because this is the second time I've had to deal with a rude cashier at checkout. I frequent this store because of its selection and location. The staff is usually pleasant and helpful. The store manager is amiable and happy to help however he can. I typically go through self-checkout, but I sometimes go through the checker lines to use my points. That is what I did this morning... The cashier I had today was blatantly rude to me but very eager and friendly to help the other people around me. At first, I didn't care; I could wait, but I tried to engage with her, and she ignored me. I know she heard me because the three ladies at the other cash register started talking to her, and she didn't hesitate to respond. So I tried again to be friendly and maybe pass on some good energy if she was feeling stressed... nothing. I don't know why she decided to dismiss me, but when I paid, she handed me the receipt without a word or looking at me. You know how Dierbergs are; they go above and beyond with politeness and wishing for a great day... she had nothing to say to me and wouldn't even look at me. I'm not saying it was my race, but I was the only one who should had her full attention, and she gave me none, made, me wait, and ignored me while she talked to the other ladies who were in likeness with her. I didn't say a word when I took the receipt and left, but it was the 3 minutes of confusion and awkwardness. Next time, I'll overkill her with kindness.

This location is far better than the one in Florissant. The fruit is fresher, and there are plenty of options to choose from. The place is clean and well-organized, and they even have a restaurant.
