I was really impressed by how accommodating this restaurant is for those who are gluten and dairy free. I ordered a gluten-free pizza crust with dairy-free cheese. The employee who prepared my pizza was very mindful of cross-contamination; they made my pizza first, changed their gloves, and even informed me that one of the toppings I wanted had traces of gluten. They baked the pizza on a rack to ensure it didn't touch the bottom of the oven. The pizza itself was delicious! It's definitely one of my favorite gluten-free crusts so far—not too crispy, just right.

The positive aspect of the experience was the food—it was actually very good. If it were just about the food, I would easily give it 5 stars. However, the service was quite poor. We waited around 20 minutes to place our order and then another 20 minutes to receive our food, despite there being only one person ahead of us in line. The staff seemed overwhelmed, as there were six more people waiting to order after us. My kids want to go back, but I’m a bit hesitant. You’re welcome to give it a try, and I hope you have a better experience than we did!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and it was amazing! You get to customize your pizza by selecting all the toppings, and it's fun to watch them make it right in front of you. The prices are quite reasonable too. The peach ginger lemonade was absolutely fantastic—so delicious! We definitely plan to return.

Emilee helped us, she was very patient and friendly. They are very lucky to have herrepresenting the business. We'll definitely be back.
