I really enjoy this place! The service was good, and Ryan was fantastic. However, it's been closed for a while now.

The restaurant often runs out of various items, but it does tend to be quite busy. The staff is generally friendly, and the place is clean with good value for money. I recommend this location.

All fast food establishments should take notice of the incredible team working here! I always order the same thing—10 pieces of fish with plenty of malt vinegar—and it's perfect every single time. The staff at the drive-thru are super friendly and never rude; they always approach their work with a polite attitude. I appreciate that my meals are not greasy or overcooked, and they never shortchange me by giving just 9 pieces instead of 10. They simply do their job well and with a smile. I've been there during the late night and in the middle of the afternoon, and the workers are consistently fantastic. I've even placed an order at the door, expecting it to be subpar, but it exceeded my expectations! This restaurant will always have my business and my praise because everyone there demonstrates exceptional customer service and genuinely cares about how they prepare and package the food.

The food is great, but it always feels really cold when dining in the restaurant, no matter the month or time of day! I usually go for the country roasted fish with baked potato and broccoli—it's my favorite.

I understand that inflation is challenging, and businesses need to cut costs. However, I noticed several changes that were disappointing: 1. No more self-serve drinks. 2. No more self-serve sauces. 3. No salt and pepper on the tables. 4. The chicken is now heavily breaded compared to before. We ended up paying $30 for two meals and drinks, and the drinks alone were $5 each—perhaps we should have just ordered water. On a positive note, the staff were doing their best, but it would be great if you could hire more personnel to support them. They are working hard under the circumstances.
