Abigail's Tea House - St. Catharines

My English husband and I visited Abigail’s Team House and were wowed by the experience. The service was amazing friendly, attentive but not too attentiveness. Lovely atmosphere. And the food was outstanding…the scones were the best we’ve had! Will go again!

Abigail's Tea House is a charming spot to enjoy a cup of tea. The atmosphere is lively and vintage-inspired without being too overly quaint. The owner was friendly and accommodating to our group of 6, including those with gluten-free dietary needs (just give them a heads up in advance). We all enjoyed the Celebration Tea, which featured delicious sandwiches, scones with cream and jam (exceptional), and a selection of sweet treats. There was a wide variety of teas to choose from, but for those who prefer coffee, they also offer a lovely pot. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience at this charming restaurant with excellent food and ambiance. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place! For high tea, we were served two appetizers - a delightful cheese and pimento spread with crackers, and a delicious chicken curry Waldorf salad. The sandwiches, scones, and various sweets that followed were all fantastic. We will definitely be returning for more! The teas were particularly outstanding. We highly recommend Abigail's for a wonderful dining experience. A big thank you to the owners, chef, and staff for a lovely time!

As soon as you walk through the green door, Abigail's Tea House offers a magical experience. The space is beautifully decorated with birdcaged chandeliers, whimsical peacocks on the walls, and meticulously set tables. The three levels of tea treats are curated with care, providing a delightful experience with every bite. The appetizers are delicious and the service is kind and thoughtful, encouraging guests to relax and enjoy the experience. It is definitely worth the trip to St. George! Parking is available in a lot across the street and on the street.

Visited with friends and was the perfect atmosphere to enjoy specialty teas and fabulous sweets. As a Gluten Free guest, I was offered many options including a a gourmet salad and decadent high tea treats.
