Cafe Garibaldi - St Catharines

I'm here regularly. great atmosphere and cool staff. everything can be made vegan without additional costs and I fully enjoy eating it. they hold many events like open microphones, poetry slams, LGBTQ meetings, etc. really inviting space for everyone. just falling down is that they are a bit pricy for some people, but I never think about paying extra for a fantastic little business!

Most of the menu items can be made vegan, and there are daily soup options that keep customers coming back for more. They offer a variety of non-dairy milk options, including oat milk. The restaurant also serves superfood lattes that are quite tasty. One downside is that I asked about the brands used to veganize a certain product, and was told that they use whatever is in stock, resulting in potentially receiving different versions of a veganized sandwich when ordering it multiple times.

This café is lovely, with plenty of room to spread out, board games, cozy corners, regular tables, and seating at the bar. They are able to accommodate vegan options for almost everything on the menu. Our family of three, including a 5-year-old, visited for breakfast on a Saturday in January and had no trouble finding a seat. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed two delicious vegan breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, and two large coffees for $22, plus drinks. The food was excellent, but unfortunately, we were all done with our meal by the time we left.

My family and I stopped here yesterday morning and were thrilled that almost everything on the menu could easily be made vegan. we have the vegan breakfast pizza, the best vegan sandwich in the city (I think this is what it was called) and some other delicious dinge. everything was fantastic. portions and prices were perfect for breakfast. the coffee was hot and tasty. and as a family with a small child, it was nice to have a lot of space to spread and eat without feeling as if we were potentially disturbing other customers. the owner stopped at our table to chat with us and works clearly hard to bring new vegan ideas to the menu. they try many new vegan products to ensure that their quality is top notch. I'm in the skeptical about we can veganize all options, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to other vegans and I can't wait to stop again when we are in the city. Don't miss it!

The atmosphere of this place brings me nostalgia of North Shore Hawaii or something. I love it so much. Drinks are amazing. Tons of vegan options decent quality food. Games and events are a must. Go here if youre in the area.
