Candlelight South - St. Augustine

The wings here are just down right delicious! Also, check out the Cheesy Dank Bowl! It's Mac and cheese with chicken chunks flavored with your choice of sauce! Add to that the chill vibe, big screen TVs and some adult beverages you've got a great place to hang with friends. A local favorite!

A walk right across the street from a very cute well priced hotel, they have a fried green tomato BLT that is TO DIE FOR, it was SO good. And the waffle fries were stellar, they even kept pretty well over night. I didn't actually go in the place to check it out cause I was super tired but my boyfriend said it deserved 4 stars, so I figure it really deserves 5 haha. He was excited about the pool tables.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and is very clean. The service was attentive and efficient. The food was quite enjoyable. The fried calamari was decent, but the fish fry stood out—crispy and flavorful. I also loved the macaroni and cheese. Overall, a great dining experience!

We chose Candlelight on a whim, and we’re thrilled that we did. The food was fantastic, the portions were generous, and the service was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful as well. We'll definitely be dining there again when we return to St. Augustine.
