Beans Brews #126 - Springville

Awful experience. Don’t waste your time here. The service took ages, and to make matters worse, I didn’t even receive what I ordered. The coffee in the Caramel Frappuccino was barely noticeable—it just tasted like vanilla. Very disappointing.

I love it here I been coming to this springville location since they open. But today was the 4th time I order a large latte and get it half full liquid and half full of just coffe foam. I think no body should be paying for a large and getting literally a medium. It's not about the money it's the service. Fix that please, sincerely a loyal costumer
