Arby's - Springville

Look, I came to Arby 's because I had some coupons. Going out to eat these days is cost prohibitive, so I don 't usually don 't go out to eat unless I have some sort of coupon to use. After trying to hand the drive thru guy my coupons, he claimed he already put them in, and I can keep the coupons , then proceeded to charge me for the full amount and insist he put the coupons in though the receipt certainly didn 't account for it. I don 't like to be lied to. If he didn 't want to accept the coupons, he could have just told me and I would have gone somewhere else. I realize this sounds petty and stupid, but everything is so expensive right now that every little bit saved is helpful. I suppose I will think twice before trying to go to Arby 's again...

They have really stepped up their game! Food has been spot on and delish! The employees are the best so kind and attractive. This has now become our favorite place to go! Of course writing this has now got my belly growling and my taste buds craving.Parking: Parking kinda sucks as most spots you end up having to walk across drive through traffic. But I just go through the drive up myself now.

Manager yelled at me in the drive thru and threw my food at me through the window today because I placed an online order. Zero customer service, no one else was there it wasn't a big deal until she made it one. I'll never go back unless she gets canned.

I went to this Arby's for lunch. The crew was friendly and fast.

I had a great experience here tonight. The food was great. The service was excellent. I love their Happy Hour specials. One small complaint, though. This location has horrible parking. But it wouldn't stop me from coming here again. Overall, this location is worth trying.
