Wendy's - Springfield

If you like fast food well it's okay. About as cheap as you will get anywhere in town.

This Wendy's is generally always pretty quick and accurate with your order. They have very pleasant attitudes. I've had great experiences with them as a customer and as a delivery driver.

When they first reopened from the renovation food service was exceptional! Lately drive thru has been slacking. She will open window not say hello or respond to your hi or can I have a napkin or straw request. Shoves bag in your face and turns around and walks away. Has happened last 2 times I visited . Last night all 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers had tomato asked for no tomato and they were all cold… starting to get McDonalds quality of food and service. I will not eat here any longer.

Add great redesign and breakfast menu. The food was delicious

The food was good, but I had an issue with the staff wearing earbuds. I personally find that quite off-putting.
