Nicola's - Springfield

My husband and I recently relocated from NYC to Springfield, and we visited Nicolas last night. I must say, it was the best dining experience we've had since our move. The service was outstanding, and the food was of excellent quality—truly impressive. We sat at a high top in the bar, and the owner came over to chat with us for a long time, sharing some great laughs. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The fillet with paprika sauce was outstanding – incredibly flavorful, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of fat. The veggie medley was complemented by a fantastic sauce as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the meal!

This is one of my favorite restaurants! They have an excellent happy hour, and the food is consistently outstanding. Give it a try—you'll absolutely love it!

Your food is good and drinks are great, but sitting in the bar. The service in the restaurant is very slow.

As always, you can trust the service is awesome and the food is spectacular. The only negative point is wishing for a larger variety of meal choices.Food: 5/5
